What happens on this site
Cynosure does not add advertising trackers or analytics code to this site. The site has no account registration, embedded contact form, CRM connection, or site checkout. Its scorecards, calculators, and generators run in your browser; Cynosure's site code does not submit or store the selections and results you enter into those tools.
The site is delivered through hosting, content-delivery, and security infrastructure. Those providers may process ordinary request and connection metadata—such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, requested pages, and security signals—and may set cookies needed to protect and deliver the site. Their own policies and retention practices govern that provider processing.
Email inquiries
Fit-check links use mailto: they open a draft in your email app. Cynosure receives that draft only if you choose to send it. Email providers then process and retain the message under their settings and policies.
Do not email sensitive system data. Do not send credentials, CRM records, personal data, record or portal IDs, exports, screenshots containing personal data, API payloads, or secrets.
Client-system access
Visiting this site does not grant Cynosure access to a HubSpot portal or any other client system. Any paid engagement requires a separate written scope, client-approved permissions, and an agreed data-handling boundary. The published audit is designed for least-privilege, read-only review; implementation requires a separate scope and payment.
Cynosure does not place client CRM data into an AI service unless the client specifically approves the tool, data categories, purpose, and retention boundary in writing.

Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites' own privacy practices. To ask what inquiry information Cynosure has, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email Mikrod2011@gmail.com. Cynosure will evaluate the request against any legal, contractual, security, and recordkeeping obligations that apply.
